  • I usually go to the same girl, but I was accidentally scheduled with someone else. I was not completely satisfied with this esthetician, but the way they handled this was above and beyond. I spoke with the receptionist, Casey, who was so sweet and understanding. Casey offered to comp this service as well as to give me a complimentary product. I also got a call from the manager when she returned to apologize herself and to make sure I was taken care of. Any place has off days, but their customer service to handle this was more than accommodating. P.S. I usually go to Luda who is spectacular
