  • Service is okay, they say you are supposed to get an eye exam once a year to renew your prescription, however this is my first time hearing this in all my years going to the eye doctor and getting contacts. Looking it up, there are no such guidelines, it is just an attempt to get more money. I understand eye exams need to be done, however not as frequently as a year.
