  • I was a customer with ADT for years but recently due to price increase i decided to cancel on 2/9/18. I noticed on 3/6/18 they took another payment i am like are these morons serious? I called adt and i was told the Rep cancelled the service but not the auto pay again seriously ? The worst company ever. I talked to a supervisor that was no help at all and told me i was not got getting a refund. Are you kidding me? I will get a refund after i talk to 3 on my side TV or an attorney. Please don't get this company.
