I've probably come here at least 10 times now, and I really do love it. However, there is one secret you must follow to get the best service: Go at an off time on a weekday. For example, go at 4:00 on a Tuesday. Why? Because it's like having your personal sushi chef because nobody else is in the restaurant. I did make the mistake of coming here on a Saturday night, and it was crowded and understaffed. Nothing worse than waiting 20 minutes between rolls. They used to have a $19.95 AYCE lunch menu until 3:00 PM, but now it's a straight $24.95 at all times I believe.
