  • The staff were not very friendly and the nurse barely spoke to me other than a few grunts asking about my health history. He could barely spell and was googling how to spell "itching". This made me a bit nervous. The wait time was good, they were very fast. But they were also very fast when you were in the room. The doc barely listened to what I had to say and seemed to have in mind what she thought the problem was without hearing me out. It was quite frustrating. I was sent off with some cough syrup and didn't feel like my problem was thoroughly addressed. There are soo many urgent care clinics in the area I think I will go to another one from now on.
