| - I joined about two weeks ago and I gotta admit, i'm pretty happy about my decision so far. I was a member at another gym in the area for over four years. What prompted me to look into another gym was the crap weekend hours. I was also looking for a facility that was open 24/7 since I work really late some nights and I want to be able to work out late at night. I stopped by and took a tour of the facility and I was pretty impressed. They price matched my gym membership at my former gym for a year, so it was an easy decision for me to switch gyms. Another key thing that sold me was free guest passes and travel passes to visit other Gold's locations whenever i'm out of town. There are tons of equipment, mostly newer and modern. The free weight section is HUGE and they got Iron Grip Dumbbells that go up to 150lbs. One of the biggest differences that i've come to realize is this gym is for people who take fitness seriously. I consider myself to be in good shape, but when I joined this gym, I had a reality check.....everybody is in top notch shape (older and younger), which I like though, because it will keep me on my toes to stay on my A game. For someone that's just starting out in the gym, they may feel intimidated at first, but the other members seem to be friendly and are just there to get their workout in....I haven't ran into any tools and i'm there just about every day.
Gold's, I am a fan and when I receive a good service, I am loyal and I will tell everyone that I know about it. Do not disappoint me.
