Walked in at 1pm and we were the only ones. The two staff working were not very inviting. I was quite excited to try as my first and only other liquid nitrogen ice cream experience at Sub Zero was impressive. My excitement was immediately subdued when I saw the pricing structure. A regular size was $6.15 BEFORE any toppings and $1 per each topping. I had 3-4 toppings in mind and was shocked to think I had to pay $10 for a regular sized ice cream. Finally I decided on their predetermined signature creation because it LOOKED like it was bigger and had 3 toppings for $8.50 (ish). It was very big and plenty for two to share thankfully but I still wish there was a more affordable price for someone who just wants a small single serving. My concoction had white chocolate ice cream with brownie bits, raspberry drizzle, and chocolate curls. It was quite good but not amazing. I'm not sure I could tell the difference between the white chocolate ice cream and plain old vanilla. The ice cream was very frozen and made the brownie bits taste stale and hard. I could have left out the brownie. The ice cream was not as creamy as I remembered from Sub Zero but that was 4 years ago. The raspberry syrup was delicious and had some seeds in it so didn't feel so artificial. The mini chocolate curls were what made it good. I'm not going to rush back here but if there's a sudden craving and I'm nearby, I would order the larger creation and share it.
