I had a very special client who was preparing for a triathlon, so I wanted to surprise her with something special. I had found the exact item she wanted, and called over to ask about it. The person I spoke to on the phone was very dismissive, and would not take the part numbers from Eddy's website to verify that they were referring to the correct item. They assured me that the item was in stock at another location an hour away, and that it would be set aside for me. When I arrived at that store, no-one had called ahead, and the item that they had in stock was not the same as the one I had been looking for. It was a huge waste of my time and simply awful customer service (on the part of the North Olmsted store - the other store did their best to help me out). In the future, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Unacceptable.
