I leased my beloved Mini from a dealership in Colorado, but have since moved to Pennsylvania, so when it came due for service I headed into this dealership.
Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they did a great job with my car. I love my maintenance-included lease almost as much as I love my Mini itself. The only downside was that they were swamped, and as a result servicing my car took 3.5 hours instead of the anticipated two. On the bright side, the waiting area is comfortable, and they did a great job keeping me updated so I never felt forgotten about. They also threw in the not-included tire rotation to make up for it. Not a big deal-- next time I'll just schedule an appointment with a loaner instead of planning to sit and wait. I realized I was having problems with my BlueTooth while I was literally on my way out, and one of the employees was kind enough to help me get it sorted out. The also called me this morning to make sure everything was satisfactory.
I shouldn't need service for my car soon, but when I do I won't have any qualms about returning to this location.
