  • I had to alter 4 things and felt rushed through the entire time. She isn't always onsite, so she schedules the appointments back to back, but 15 minutes to try on 4 items is not a lot of time. The alterations were done as promised, but I wouldn't go back. It's not convenient and I don't want to feel rushed through. It's also more expensive than other alteration places. I found another location on Ray that does a good job and you can walk in anytime without feeling like cattle.
