  • After calling ahead and being assured I could purchase the 3 for $57 in person at the adventure dome because of technical difficulties on my home PC. Me and my two friends visiting from out of town went to the Adventuredome and were denied the package, and redirected to another booth where they could help. When I got to that booth they denied me also. I asked for the manager, Marisa who called me a liar and told me that she would not honor the 3 for $57 package. We wasted large part of our day because of this unprofessionalism and Marisa was terrible at customer service.
