  • I never feel the need to put negative comments on a business unless it's as bad as I have had the last 48 hours, and that means it was HORRIBLE! I'm lying by giving them 1 star because they truly deserve 0. 3/15 we show up with a blown out tire and unfortunately the store doesn't have the tire we want so Steve "special orders" the tire, even convince us we need two new back tires. Again Steve guaranteed the next day he would have the tires waiting for us. In the mean time I'm driving around on a "donut" 3/16 I take off work 2 hours early, resheduling a couple meetings because I'm confident Steve would have my brand new tires. After waiting 40 minutes Steve approaches me and says " our delivery guy got sent home early so we won't have your tires until tomorrow" Are you kidding me??? You guaranteed a product to a paying customer and just like that "oops sorry, it's not my fault". Unacceptable. Steve could have had the decency to call me and say "hey unfortunately we didn't get your tires so why not come by tomorrow instead" as i was aboutnto keave i went bavk and asked if any store migjt have the tires we wanted and Steve said no but did get us two tires for the same price as we originally paid. That was nice and appreciated. After 2 and a half hours I went oitsode and watched an employee looking confused and frustrated working on my tires. I was raised with mechanics and I know exactly how changing a tire looks and he did not look like he knew what he was doing and not his fault because he was asking others for help but everyone seemed to ignore him, I felt bad for the guy and my frustrations raised even more! Finally tires are on but are missing rim caps and valve covers. I get in and the tire sensor alarm is giving me a warning. I ask a gentleman if this was normal "yes everything is okay you just need to drive 5 to 10 miles to reset" I didn't think twice about it because this has happened before and after so many miles it's gone off. Finally done 3 and a half hours later. As I'm leaving the house for work this morning at 630a the tire is completely flat. Continuation at the Pecos location.....do not go to store #9 Silverado Ranch and Maryland Parkway. It's not professional and not safe. I wonder if any of these guys are actually certified to do the job.
