  • We just had our sofa, chair and ottoman re-upholstered by Regal Upholstery. They did a phenomenal job. We met with Jay to choose a fabric and he was most helpful with all of our questions and we were very pleased with our choice. When they came to pick up the furniture the two young men help move our sofa from another room so we had seating until the work was completed. Heidi was unbelievably patient with our questions, requests and accommodations. Heidi is the "poster child" for customer service. Many businesses could learn from her. We will be using their services again in the near future and would highly recommend them to others.
