  • I gave it one start because I had to in order to leave a review. I bought a detailed car wash a couple of months ago and took it in two weeks ago. They told me to come back in 3-4 hours. Upon my return 3.5 hours later my car was sitting in front of the store windows down untouched. Not even vacuumed or a drip of water on it. I was furious but I didn't even complain I just asked for my keys in which they couldn't find so I then asked for the manager. David came out and gave me a full refund and a free detailed wash in which I didn't even ask for (keys were found). I brought my car back two weeks later for the free detailed wash. They told me to come back in 4 hours because of their history I came back in 5 hours. (Drop off 12:29pm pick up around 5:30p) my seats were soaked not damp "soaked" they gave me plastic to cover them and told me to leave my windows down. It took two whole days with my windows down ALL DAY both days for my seats to dry. It's AZ it shouldn't have taken that long. I went back today to talk to David and he wasn't in so J.R. came out. J.R. is rudest and unprofessional individual I have ever met. He spoke to me in a tone as if I were a 5 year old child who didn't understand. He told me it was part of the process and that the seats take time to dry. I told him I understood but two days is a long time and there are now water stains on my seats that weren't there before, my windows weren't clean, and that I didn't get a "detailed" cleaning as they promised. He went on to say again that its part of the process and I may need to bring it back "5" times. I told him if this is the case then the expectation should be set/told to the customers. I wasn't going to right a bad review because David was so nice and professional but J.R. ruined that. I told him I didn't even want anything I just wanted him to take full responsibility for my car and look at it and talk to his employees. He wouldn't even allow me to show him the stains. I wasn't trying to get one over on him. Coming from a family of 7-11 franchisees I just expect a certain level of customer service to be provided and I didn't get that at all. As I was walking out I told three people not to do business there and why and I won't stop there.
