My previous visits were to the drive up ATM, today was my first time stepping inside. I had to go inside because I received notification of possible fraudulent charges on my debit card. I was freaking out when I got there, and walked in looking like a deer in headlights. I was quickly greeted by Edwin (Member Solutions Representative) and he listened to my plight. He then asked about another purchase which was currently pending, and I told him that was not made by me either.
I told Edwin that I had not made any recent large purchases because I knew I did not have much left in my account as tomorrow is payday & I already have plans for the money. He said the pending charge should fall off, but I could contact him if there were any issues. He handled the entire scenario with a great amount of professionalism, and it seemed like he really cared about my issues.
He took my no longer useful card and said he could not provide a replacement Larry Fitzgerald card. He asked if I wanted a pink or blue replacement card, I thought it was going to be mailed to me. He asked me to take a seat till he could bring me out my card, and then he gave me his business card and directions for setting up my new card.
I have to say that I am glad to be a customer and am so very glad they noticed my odd and potentially fraudulent charges.
