  • The filter maintained extremely high quality throughout a year of heavy use and the ppm barely moved from the readings when first installed to the time of the annual filter replacement. My water bill also shows how efficient the system is, it barely changes regardless of how hard the system works. That is priceless to me as I have several companion animals whose health depends partly on the quality of the water they have available. Customer service is timely and professional whether calling the office for questions or having a service call. I'd like to mention Theo, who was recently out to service the system and was truly professional, friendly and took the time to give me tips as to how best maintain my system and explain a few of the technical details on how it works. I'm extremely pleased that I found Culligan after moving to LV, I doubt I could find a better deal on great quality water for a very reasonable price. Anyone who crunches the numbers will quickly realize that the cost of bottled water or a water cooler could be considerably higher per month and a hassle to use to cook with(as an amateur chef that was a big factor in my decision). An honest, decently priced and professional service in Las Vegas is like finding the holy grail, which I'm sure anyone who has lived in other places realizes pretty quickly after moving here. Couldn't have asked for a better first year experience than I've had with Culligan.
