Frustrating service at Quick lane. I purchased a explorer and f150 that came with 36 month service plan. Every single time in the past year that I've brought either cars in they quote me an hour. They always go over the one hour time frame with no updates. The average time I spend there for a simple oil change is 2.5 hrs. I have to go up to the desk and ask the status. They've never told me it's done. It's always in a stack of papers and they just give the run around. They need to hire competent people and have more transparency with their service.
