  • Does not respond to messages! Keep getting reassured that "Mike" will definitely call me back. While I suppose he is a good trainer based on his Yelp reviews, WHATS THE POINT IF HE IS UNABLE TO CONDUCT BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY?? Hey Mike, if you are reading this, what's the deal, why does your answering service keep telling me you'll call back and nothing happens???
