This dental office has you sign a contract before any major dental work (2 crowns), does not check insurance ahead of time, so they end up way over charging you just because you signed on the dotted line. If you disagree, they send you to collections where you are threatened with a lawsuit if you don't pay your bill which is 3 times the original amount. I called and asked for a copy of the agreement I signed. They sent out one that was so smeared that I could not read it. Within 2 weeks I got a very threatening call from E service (which does not exist as I checked later). They would then sue me for a trumped up bill, massive finance charges, plus an almost $500. bill to the collection service. My insurance agreed that my amount owed was no where near what I was being charged, so I put in a grievance against this office. I will pay the amount I truly owe and not a penny more. The dentist also told me that I had peridontal disease, which I did not. Liars and thieves. STAY AWAY if you value your sanity and wallet.
