I came into today and asked for an iced coffee. The barista asked if she could make me an iced americano because they had just run out of iced coffee. First of all I didn't asked for this but I tried to be flexible and said this would be fine. I asked about the price difference and she said the americano was 50 cents more. And proceeded to charge me the price difference when it was her fault I was paying more. Clearly customer service is not a high priority.
I can't say I'll be back again unless its for the convenience.
