  • I was assigned Boss Plumbing from my home warranty, so fingers crossed! Have to say, overall, I was very pleased with these guys. Granted, it took longer than the standard 24-hours as required by the home warranty company to finally get the appointment scheduled, but once it was scheduled, everything was great. They offered me quite a few timeframes of availability within the coming days, which was great - no waiting for weeks to get my problem solved. Benny, my technician, was super helpful, efficient and solved my problem quickly. They offer alerts via email or text so you know how far away your technician is before they arrive. I am scheduling another service from these guys this week.
