Go is good when it works for you but when it doesn't it gets really ugly. Where do I start?!
Let's first look at their stellar customer service. Every time I have called them up they claim their GPS is"accurate" so much so that it reports I tapped at a stop 20 kms from my actual location. The other time their bus left 2 mins early but their accurate GPS still shows they left exactly on time. Of course their are all those other times when they are delayed but most of it is the bad traffic in the GTA.
How much do they cost? Their fares are astronomically high. You are talking about paying around $200-$250 a month!
The other issue is the bus drivers they have. Most of them can't drive on the highways without tailgating. They often leave early so that they can get to their destination on time.
All I can say is get some road manners and if you really care about customer service listen to your customers instead of getting defensive about your GPS!!
