My husband and I live downtown and have found ourselves ending out nights out at Snick's. Sometimes, you aren't quite ready to go home but you want to hang out at a place that is low key. This is the place to do just that. I know this is a gay bar, but we have never felt unwelcome here. The patrons are relaxed and it doesn't have a "meat market" vibe. They have video poker, shuffleboard, and the best Internet jukebox I've ever seen.
NICK. He is probably the friendliest bartender in town, and he pours stiff drinks! So watch out! His cocktails can sneak up on you. And they sometimes have complimentary popcorn. I really like Snick's for the chill atmosphere, Nick the bartender, and the affordably priced drinks.
