  • This is my second lease in the same JSM Complex and I will be renewing my lease for the next year. The quality and location is nice, but the price continuously increases. The JSM staff is extremely responsive and helpful, but can be a little slow at times. When I first moved in, I was incorrectly charged by Ameren for the month before my lease began, but JSM took full responsibility and handled it. Also, my apartment was missing a TV remote. Although it took three tries to get the correct one, they eventually did it without and questions asked. Overall, great company!
