  • I purchased the gel manicure and pedicure with mask groupon and was looking forward to a relaxing spa day. Owner kept texting and arguing with daughter (on speaker) while giving me my pedicure.,not once did she apologize. Then another customer showed up, but the nail technician had not arrived yet. Owner was then back on her phone texting. At one point she left and started the other customers water for her pedicure. That was fine because we were the ONLY customers in the spa. It also would have been nice if she had offered me some water, as I spent most of my time waiting around with my feet in hot water. I didn't even know the "mask" was applied until I paid. It basically was some lotion that was rubbed onto my legs. Everything seemed rushed and unprofessional. Manicure was alright, but at that point I was already disappointed and ready to leave. Definitely not worth the $54 I paid for groupon plus tip. Would not recommend!
