I generally dread having to shop for a new car and hate working with dealerships because of high pressure sales tactics. I always do a lot of research and start my negotiations well below dealer list or true price and work up from there. Most dealerships like to start at MSRP and work down.
I just purchased a new ATS-V from Cadillac of South Charlotte and it was an absolute pleasure working with the very professional and friendly sales staff. No high pressure sales tactics and it was easy getting the deal I wanted - even on this hard-to-find hotrod!
Very nice service center too, very clean, and they even have a cafe! Nice dealership!
