rev:text	I found Mattress by Appointment from an ad on Facebook Marketplace. Prices seemed good so I got ahold of Jessica and made an appointment to go see what they could offer because I needed a new mattress badly! Once I got there, Jessica greeted me warmly, and actually shook my hand. That's hard to find these days. We talked a little before I started looking at what was for sale. I am disabled and getting to the door just wore me out, so she let me rest for a bit...and did not seem bothered at all and did not make me feel like I was wasting her time. She showed me several mattresses, one of which I fell in love with and probably would have fallen asleep on it, but since I was in a store, I thought better of it...She was able to work the price down to something I could afford, (thanks Lydia :) and I could have gotten the set delivered that day but I need to get my new bed put together first. So she said just to give her a call whenever I'm ready. Jessica is great to deal with, she has a wonderful sense of humor and she also has an adorable little girl, Lydia...I am really glad I found Mattresses by Appointment and when the time comes to replace another mattress, I will go absolutely No Where Else but here. The store is located in a little strip type mall, nothing fancy but Jessica makes you feel like your in the middle of Beverly Hills with her customer service attitude and skills. Go see her if you want a new mattress and you want to have a good time looking. I highly recommend her and her store. Thank you Jessica, Michael and Lydia for a great time and a great mattress!!! You guys rock!
