| - If you like Thai food, this place is a must visit. It's located in Commercial Center near the Stratosphere off of Sahara. A good friend of mine who is also vegetarian brought me here for the first time nearly seven years ago. I have been a devotee ever since. My particular poison is the Panang Curry (spice level 8) with brown rice. At lunch it comes with an egg roll and a tangy ginger or sweet peanut dressed house salad (soup's an option, too, I think). It's just a little too much food, which leaves you with the choice of leaving happily over-stuffed or with a snack for later. Dinner's a much larger portion, minus the egg roll and soup/salad. I usually end up finishing it off cold the next morning for breakfast. It's an incredible sequel to an already amazing meal.
Some other tasty options my friends and I have tried are the chili mint, pad Thai, fried spinach (appetizer), and the tom yum and tom kha soups. Or course, you can't leave without also trying their Thai tea. They serve it in a tall glass, so if you order light ice and really savor each taste, you can get probably make it through your meal on one. But why would you when you can just get another, right? :)
If you're in Vegas or will be visiting soon, make sure to give this place a shot. It'll raise your standards for good Thai!
