  • *Ive been here at least another 3 times, and I continue to receive great customer service, Robert in particular has helped me a few times, he's awesome! *** Ive rented from hertz 4 times at this location. Never had an issue, sometimes the lines are super long but their is usually someone helping customers on the kiosk. Ive used the Kiosk twice, its a live agent helping you through a video call....Once its my turn im always in and out. I always just get liability insurance and decline their fuel package since I always fill up the tank before taking the car in. Drop off is so easy, not even 5mins, i love it
