I've driven over 30 minutes to this area just for Woofles. It's a pretty simple dessert and doesnt have anything crazy fancy but that's what makes it so good. Their menu is super small usually with only 2 flavors of ice cream that you can get one on it's own or the two mixed (I recommend getting only 1 to fully enjoy that taste instead of confusing your tastebuds).
When I went this time, they had ube vanilla bean and white sesame (which I chose). Their bubble waffles are also made of a super simple base which you can add things to - usually I get the cookies and creme (which is chunks of cookie) but this time my friend and I tried the happy birthday (which is sprinkles added) and the earl grey mochi waffle. Get the earl grey mochi waffle! It has pieces of mochi made with black tea in it so when you bite into the waffle you get chewy goodness.
The place is a bit hard to find (it's like a stand in a food court of the mall complex) and parking is horrible (going before 12 on a Saturday or during the week is best) but its so worth it.
