| - Everything went smoothly, and as promised, until it was time to for Solar City to coordinate with APS. Solar City sent my husband and me an email asking for log in information for APS to which I responded with an email on the same day. This was March 6th. April 6th we got another email, just after the installation was complete, asking for the same information, but there was note that said if it was already sent disregard the email. Well, I already sent it, so I assumed it was an automatically generated email sent at completion, and since it said if the information has already been sent disregard, I did. We then settled in for the last hurdle, the APS inspection, which we knew was the long part of the wait. By April 20th, we still hadn't heard anything. I sent an email to Solar City to see if there was any way they could give me some sort of rough time frame. I received an email back stating I hadn't sent my APS log in information so they hadn't been able to submit our package to APS. WHAT?! I immediately resent the email with the information and then called to find out what type of delay this was going to cause. Well, to my irritation I discovered the first email with the information had been misdirected and so it was as if it was never sent. Now we are at least 3 weeks behind. Furthermore, the spokesperson my husband spoke with said the 4-6 weeks wait for APS we had been told upon purchase was probably incorrect, and the wait is going to be longer than that even. I am furious! Not only is the wait extended due to their mistake, but it is even longer than we were led to believe in the first place. It feels like once they know you are set and can't change your mind, the quality of service dramatically declines.
