  • Denali real estate is a bunch of scammers. They charge you for things that were broken before you moved in, make up receipts from fake landscaping companies and keep people's deposits without fixing anything. Mike is a joke. He is unprofessional and rude and yells over you on the phone. Pockets your money. Our AC was broken when we moved in and for 3 years it was a battle to have it fixed and when they finally did send someone they blamed it on us and said we should have to pay for it. I highly recommend you have a lawyer ready if you are dealing with this worthless company. They will nickel and dime you to death yet nothing will get fixed, they will keep your deposit to "fix" things then not fix them. Karma will get them one day!
