  • Absolutely horrible front desk service!!!! Very rude, and act like you're an inconvenience to them. They don't bother to greet you at all. Sign the book, sit down, and shut up is what they might as well say. I had an appointment and oral surgery scheduled for my dog. They kept asking do you have an appointment once they finally acknowledged me. Uh duh I've only tried to tell you that since I got here. As I sat there waiting to be brought back I continued to see numerous other people be treated just as rudely. When they took me back the only thing I can say is the vet was nice. Once the tech came in with the estimate she was very rude when I questioned the price!!!!! I knew that it wasn't gonna be cheap as my pup has some issues, but you'd think they'd treat a customer who's about to spend over a grand a little nicer. She actually said "sorry we wasted your time" very snidley. Um excuse me!!! I grabbed my dog and walked out in disbelief. If you like being treated like a burden and after thought by the staff this is the place for you. I have never had such an awful experience at a veterinarian office in my life.
