  • I had the worse experience while I was pregnant with my twins and after my pregnancy. I've had two c-sections previously. Last one was 13 years ago. I never felt a thing those last two c-sections. This time it was the most uncomfortable delivery I've ever had. I felt every single tug and pull he was doing during the delivery. Although I wasn't in pain I felt everything he was doing. I felt so uncomfortable lying there. My husband could see what he was doing and he even said he wasn't even taking it easy when he was cutting me open. (Sorry to be descriptive) After they were pulled out the Dr. didn't even know if he was pulling out Baby A or Baby B or right or left baby. My husband had to ask the anesthesiologist. The Dr. didn't even give us a straight response. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews especially negative ones but I just want the next person to be careful out there with this Dr. About 10 months after giving birth I decided to go back and get a check up done. (Huge mistake). I only went back because he already had my information and I didn't want to deal with the hassle of calling both insurance companies to change my primary OB. Anyways, I went and apparently my results came back abnormal so I had to get a biopsy done. He stated that I have to make an appt in two weeks just to get my results. I gave my file to the receptionist at check out. Her and I talked about my insurance and I wanted to make an appt. in two weeks. She never gave me an appt. time. (my fault for not calling and trying to schedule one immediately when I left) Well I called and made an appt later the following week and they scheduled an appt. for me 3 weeks later. I really didn't want to wait that long so I called the nurse to see if I could get my results and she said that she can't give me the results over the phone because the Dr. has to give it to me. So I went ahead with the original appt. planned in 3 weeks. Got to the office and waited over an hour just to get my results. I ended up leaving because I had twins I have to get home to. I do understand that Drs. can get extremely busy with their day and unexpected deliveries may arise, BUT here is where I have the problem with the staff in the office. They have no care in the world. They don't look to see who has waited for 30 min. to call them up to the desk and inform the patient that the Dr. is running behind that the wait might be longer than expected. They don't give the patient the option of staying and waiting or rescheduling. They honestly don't care. They have no communication or care for their patients. . I went up to the receptionist and said that I'm just going to cancel my appt. because I needed to be home to tend to my twins. The receptionist wasn't even responsive. She didn't bother getting up from her desk or call the nurses in the back and ask how long does the Dr. have. If she did that it would show she even cared a little bit. Before I even went up to ask the receptionist, a patient prior to me asked the same thing and the receptionist was a little curt with her response to her. I was so upset after I left and so was my husband. My husband ended up calling and leaving a message with the office manager Linda. She calls my husband back the next day and we were on a three way call. She was even rude over the phone. Not once did she apologize for anything. She just went over the policies and rules and was telling us that we were yelling at her which we were having the same tone she had with us. I honestly felt that the whole staff is cold hearted. They had one nice receptionist but unfortunately she isn't there anymore. And only one nurse actually knew what she was doing. Never will I go back or recommend this Dr. to anyone. I'm so sadden that the medical industry now days has no rapport with their patients anymore especially this office. Very unfortunate!
