I would rate 0 stars if possible. When I first moved in here in August 2017 everything seemed promising, decent sized rooms and living area and it is very secure parking and getting into the building you need your key fab with you. But when I moved in the bathroom that was mine looked like it had been wiped with a Clorox wipe once and then moved on from. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever the shower had stray hairs in it and the sink was growing mold around the drain. I understand that people have lived here before me and may not have taken very good care of the place but for the price I am paying I expect to move into an apartment that is clean. Next a couple weeks later my parents sent my roommates and I a new coffee maker since ours had broken a week earlier. I got the email that it was in the office and went down probably a day or two later to get it, they couldn't find the package so I was told to come back the next day. So I did and still no package. Finally I talked to the property manager and he said that I would be reimbursed fully. That was all fine but now I don't send anything to the vertex that I have ordered online for fear of them misplacing my package or what I suspect happened, it being stolen either by an employee or they gave it to another resident without checking ID or the package label. Parking when I signed my lease was $80 a month but just recently went down to $40 at the beginning of winter break, so I went to the leasing office to try and correct them of their mistake since for the month of December I had been charged $80. Well apparently since I signed up when it was $80 it was going to stay $80 since it was a "lease add on". Which makes absolutely no sense, if it was an add on I should be able to cancel my parking permit and get a new one which I was happy to do I would do all the paper work no problem it wasn't that big of a deal. I couldn't do that though and they weren't willing to work with me on anything. On top of it the WiFi goes out every other day so we were forced to buy a WiFi router to be able to complete our assignments. If you're going to label yourself as student housing your WiFi should work and work well. Over all this apartment complex is NOT worth what you are paying and you are so much better off leasing at District, 922, or The Rise. Very disappointing and will not be recommending this complex to friends or you.
UPDATE:
broken door handles in my apartment and at one of the gates, fire hazard. This apartment is not worth your money DO NOT LIVE HERE
