  • If I could give a negative star I would. This place is horrible! We brought my mom into the e.r. For an ankle sprain and it wasn't packed or busy at all and it took hours for her to hear back from the dr. I honestly don't think it's the doctors it's the staff. Their work ethic is horrible! I don't live here in Vegas and thank goodness we never have to come here again. The triage nurses showed no empathy at all! They are the ones who made this expirience bad. They can go work at mc Donald's with that fucking attitude.
