  • Don't bother making an appointment. They will cancel it last minute, make you move your whole schedule around, and then make you wait an hour in the lobby while walk-ins are seen ahead of you. As a student, I don't have the time to constantly miss class because of their incompetence. People rely on PP because they need cheap treatment-- it's a shame that this need is abused by shamelessly wasting time and giving no credence to your schedule. We deserve better.
