  • Just had my car repaired by Midway Collision after having an accident. Kyle Trautmann, the estimator, was great - he continued to keep me in the loop and left detailed voicemails about the work they were doing during the weeks my car was being repaired. My insurance company, Met Life, worked directly with Midway Collision to pay them and it was so easy - I didn't have to mediate between the companies and pickup was super easy. Thank you so much for your work - I am excited to have my car back!
