  • One of the worst customer Service experiences ever. I tried to do a 20,000 balance transfer with them and the payment never made it to my bank, leaving me without the 20k in funds that I was counting on. I was transferred to multiple people at B of A and nobody had a clue. I had to go through the entire story every time. I am currently on hold with them for 1 hour and 13 minutes and counting. They call it pending if they show a check was mailed but the check never got there. When I called last week, I was told it takes 3-5 business days so I waited. Now they say 7-10 business days. It has been 13 calendar days and 8 business days but the receiving bank still shows no record of the transaction. If I wait, it will probably go to 15-20 business days. Nobody can expedite it or fix the problem. What a collection of uncaring and incompetent employees. They talked to me about a business loc and a checking account. If this is how they handle financial matters, there is no way they are getting any more of my money. Be careful with these guys. Pick a financial partner that can handle money and cares about their customers. This one isn't the one you're looking for.
