  • We booked our parents 50th wedding anniversary at Brassai and signed a contract. We booked months ahead, and had 60 people confirmed to attend. Brassai called 3 weeks before the party and canceled because they had booked a larger party! So be warned that if you have a party booked at Brassai, they will cancel if they get a better booking. We had to scramble and miss work to find an alternate location. I will say that Brassai offered us $500 in compensation for our trouble, but it didn't begin to cover it. Stay away from Brassai for parties because they can cancel on you at any time.
