Not much that was wrong with our dinner. First of all the most positive experience we could offer was the staff. Our server knew his menu as well as the chef that created it. Right down to where the animal was raised and how it will be prepared. We prefer restaurants that keep the experience simple. And that was our experience last night. Simple. We arrived and were promptly seated. We were offered a very extensive menu presentation. Every single question we had was thoroughly answered by our server. And the plates that were brought to us were exactly how they were described. We ordered the ahi tuna and chateaubriand. There wasn't a chewy bite on the plate. Sashimi grade ahi and an extremely lean tenderloin. We will definitely be returning!
Too many times people only leave negative reviews. In our case I have no issue taking time out of my day to commend an exceptional employee. Our server was Billy. I suggest you add his name to your future reservations.
