AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! First time dealing with them since the acquisition and I can't give them enough kudos!
My Tech was David Madden and he was awesome!! To make a long story short, due to some issue with UpLink; my entire system crashed. I spoke with Mr. Madden the evening of Jan 26th, he explained the situation and assured me that service would return soon and that he would stay in contact, to make sure I was happy. To my surprise, I received a call Monday morning informing me that David would be coming by the next day. David arrived, well within the window provided and assured me he would be in and out and service would be back. Regardless to say, that was not the case, as the system had sustained more damage than assumed. He was professional, courteous and xplained the issues and once again assured me he would fix it and he did just that! Everything except the UpLink Remote System was up and he promised to stay in contact until that was fixed as well.
