rev:text	First time here for a pedicure. The salon is VERY clean which is always my number one issue. My two complaints: the nail tech cross talked with a co-worker the entire time, during the massage portion which was annoying, and paid little attention to what she was doing. She gave a quick swipe of my calluses and heels and they still looked like trash when I left. I asked if she could redo them and maybe file them more and she said no she'd have to 'start all over again'. When they knew I wasn't happy they said it would be 5 dollars more to fix it- which I would have paid had they informed me of this upfront. I've never had a pedicure where my heels weren't worked on. This is what my feet looked like POST pedicure: no thanks UPDATE: as I was about to leave they brought me back, explaining they wanted me to be happy with my service and would fix it. The gentleman who worked on my feet went above and beyond and they look gorgeous. After initially giving this business 1 star based on the stellar cleanliness but poor service I'm now giving them a 5 based on the outstanding cleanliness of the facility, the staffs willingness to address and fix my concerns and the stellar pedicure I ended up with when all was said and done.
