I just want to start off by saying, i go to Walmart very often and it has always been my go to for just about everything. However today i asked an employee if i could have some help finding a certain battery. They said they'd call for someone. I waited about 20 minutes and no one showed up. I went to the outdoor counter to ask, there was a line of 5 people, ironically with batteries as well. I was thinking this was the new automotive counter. I waited again for about 15 min until my turn. I asked about the marine batteries and a battery box to go along with it. The guy at the counter told me he's never heard of a battery box at Walmart, and that he has no idea about marine batteries. I asked if anyone can help me at all, and he told me to take a look myself. So, after googling and searching around the aisles for another 15 min or so i found the right battery and box. The products were all here, but the customer service was sub par. When it comes to technical questions you just have to rely on yourself and google.
