  • Ramirez was dope. He took care of us and treated us as if we were family. We went in for an oil change got the 40k mile package even got a car wash. This wonderful lady Janice Ault fed us. This dealership has a complimentary menu ... and over 20 choices for coffee and tea.. this place is heavenly. The level of professionalism was unlike no other. I expect this level of excellency every time I walk into any Lexus dealership to service my car from now on. Is the dealership pricey? yeah..but you pay for quality here and I love quality so hey, take my money Lexus. And I'll be back for that free keychain.
