  • The customer service is horrible here. Zinelle did nothing to help with a problem I was having with a shirt that was tagged wrong. I reported the problem to a nice young lady and she said Zinelle would help me fix the issue, boy was she wrong Zinelle did as little as possible to help solve the problem she asked me to stop trying on the shirts I picked out and follow her so she can remove the tag. After I asked her to please bring it back so I can try it on she replied NO if you want to try the shirt on follow me. .. Very unprofessional. . Ross must have some slim pickings on employees.
