  • I used to get all of my oil changes here, but TWICE I paid for an oil change and they did not replace the oil. I caught it pretty early the first time. I added oil and figured it was a fluke. But it happened again in December and I didn't discover the error until last week. This could have cost me several thousand dollars. I took my car to another mechanic and they couldn't find a leak, so it is most definitely Fletcher's fault. The people who work here seem very nice, but don't take your car here- you won't get what you pay for!
