Normally I wouldn't think twice to give a company a chance to redeem themselves. However, for some reason I did just that. After what transpired on the Saturday prior and posting on yelp. I received a call from Sam the sales manager at LM Hyundai in Peoria. He expressed his sincere apologies for what had happened. A few days went by before he contacted me again to make things right. Needless to say, today I bought a car from LM Hyundai because I felt that sincereness which only comes along a few times in life. I'd like to thank Ollie my sales person and Sam for working torwards a better customer experience for everyone.
