Wow! has this place changed.
We returned to buy a new car this year. This company refused to provide an MSRP window sticker on the new vehicle. Removed our car to the back lot without our permission when we wouldn't agree to terms without confirming the rates, vehicle price and loan terms with the financial office. We again requested to see the federally required MSRP sticker. Two different ones were printed with two different vin numbers and no way to check if either acutally matched the car we were considering purchasing from them. No explanation of how it came to be missing. After I contacted the corporate office for assistance I received a threatening call from the new car sales manager saying if I didn't like the way his sales people presented the deal I need to get my car and he didn't want to do business with me. We returned to get the details from the finance person AND our car the next day. During this meeting we looked as he went through the file and noticed how much of the paper work had been removed escpecially the sales proposal with the hand written rate and payment as well as the 3 years free oil change and maintence. There was another one in the file no handwritten offers and my signature on it - which was a good attempt as my signature but not my signature. The finance employee refused to give us anything in writing and so the did all the sales employees. When we requested to see the transaction nothing happened. I contacted the corporate office - again. Never heard a word. We have happily found a good solution (I'll tell you about that terrific business next) with a good rate and terms with an honest establishment. I grew up in a car dealership family and retired as a financial professional. Trust me this is NOT the way a good business makes money and does not deserve you as a customer. We continued to ask for the general manager or finance director and were told that they were never at the business. If this is the way they treat loyal returning customers they don't deserve any of us as customers. The Hyundai Tuscon is a terrific car and I love owning it. I will bet my next on some place else. So should you.
