  • ZERO STARS! Horrible experience and I haven't been seen yet! I called to schedule an MRI. I was given a date, location and time. I took the day off and arrange a few doctor appointments for that same day. I received a call a day prior to tell me my appointment was scheduled incorrectly and that location did not offer my exam with contrast. I explained how the MRI was time sensitive and how I had other appointments set around that MRI but that didn't matter to them. Unfortunately they did not have the same time available or anything near my original time. I had reschedule my whole day around due to that error I was unable to keep all my other appointments scheduled.
